What is Kahera / WRS?

Kahera WRS is a cloud-based management app built specifically for water refilling stations in the Philippines. It helps you track orders, customers, containers (gallons), utang, staff payroll, expenses, and sales — all from your phone.

How much does it cost?

₱899/month for all features. Annual plan is ₱9,890/year (save ₱898 — that's 1 month free). Founding members get this rate locked forever.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! You get 7 days free with full access to all features. No credit card required. Just sign up and start using it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, PayMaya, and BDO bank transfer. After payment, send your proof of payment to info@kahera.io or message us on Facebook/Viber and we'll activate your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.

Is there a refund?

No. All payments are non-refundable. We provide a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the service before subscribing. By paying, you agree to our no-refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely with Row Level Security — meaning only you can see your data. All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. We don't sell or share your business data with anyone.

What happens if my trial expires?

Your account will be locked until you subscribe, but your data is safe. We keep it for 90 days. Just subscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

Your account will be temporarily locked until payment is received. Your data remains safe. Once you pay, your account is immediately reactivated.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Kahera WRS works in your browser — phone, tablet, or laptop. No download needed. You can also add it to your home screen for quick access (it works like an app).

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes! It's designed mobile-first for Filipino WRS owners. Works on any Android or iPhone with a browser. It also has dark mode for night use.

What is container tracking?

It tracks how many of your station's gallons (containers) are borrowed by customers. You'll know exactly who has your gallons and how long they've had them.

What is utang tracking?

It automatically tracks unpaid orders (utang). You can see every customer's outstanding balance, record partial payments, and never forget who owes you.

Can I track my staff's attendance and salary?

Yes. You can record daily attendance, set daily rates, compute payroll with vale (cash advance) deductions, and track everything in one place.

Will the price increase?

Founding Members (first 500 subscribers) get their rate locked forever at ₱899/month. After 500, the price may increase for new subscribers. If you're already a Founding Member, your rate never changes.
