1. Information We Collect
When you use Kahera / WRS, we collect the following information:
- Account information — full name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- Business data — orders, customers, products, staff, expenses, payroll, containers, and all operational data you enter into the system
- Payment information — subscription payment records (amount, date, method). We do NOT store credit card or bank account details.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device information to improve the service
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the WRS service
- To manage your account, subscription, and billing
- To send service-related communications (password resets, account updates, expiry notices)
- To provide customer support
- To generate aggregated, anonymized statistics to improve our product (your individual data is never shared)
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:
- Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Input sanitization to prevent XSS and injection attacks
- Regular automated backups
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or share your business data with any third party. Your customer lists, orders, financial data, and all business information are yours alone. We only share data when required by Philippine law or court order.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts — data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription
- Expired/cancelled accounts — data is kept for 90 days in case you resubscribe
- Permanent deletion — you may request full data deletion at any time by emailing info@kahera.io
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics.
7. Your Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to data processing
- Data portability (export your data)

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
